This is the title of a little book of inspiration by Simon Sinek.
This book and Simon's philosophy behind it enlightened my perspective and triggered in me new curiosities. I strongly agree with the author's opinions, especially about teamwork and how to behave in a professional environment.
I like working in a global team and giving my contribution to a common goal. I firmly believe that good work can only be the result of strong cooperation among team members.
